What is a Typical Live In Session Like?


Debra's training includes activity at home or at the Tuscany Recreation Center weight room equipped with dumbbells, free weights, benches and weighted bars; activities in our indoor or outdoor sport courts with medicine balls, jump ropes, resistance bands, tubing, agility equipment, CORE balance boards, and stability balls; activities outdoors on and around the pool deck, tennis courts, and diverse outdoor adventures.

Debra will lead you through an organized, well thought-out workout routine with upbeat, motivating instruction that may include a combination of agility and balance drills, games, exercises, cardio, and strength training.

So ...it's something different every day, incorporating a variety of equipment and locations with weight training and cardio interval training techniques to benefit your entire body!

Through a total body fitness workout based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles, within weeks you'll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.
All training requires a 4-session comittment and is prepaid prior to participation. Payment is due at time of scheduling and can be done electronically online using any credit card.

What can Las Vegas Live In Fitness do for me?
Using the success principles of behavioral modification, you'll get multiple daily personalized workouts with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training at a club or in the gym-and have FUN while doing it.

How long will it take to see results?

Most participants who commit to 3 days a week or more will begin to notice improvements within 2-3 weeks. More dramatic results and weight loss depend on your nutrition, but when you LIVE the lifestyle your results can be very dramatic. You'll have more energy, be stronger, feel confident, and feel proud that you made the decision to make a impacting change. The sooner you start, the sooner you will benefit!

The above schedule will entail a variety of indoor and outdoor activities that fall within the prescribed parameters.

*I do not work for Tuscany and I am an independent fitness professional. As a Tuscany resident, I know and appreciate our property for all of the great places to get a good workout. In addition to my personal home training space, our fitness room is fully equipped with free weights plus more: the basketball, racquetball, tennis and sport courts, our pool area, sand volleyball, and green belts make it easy to get all the fitness you need without leaving the property. Minutes down the road is the Lake Mead National Park and bike trail. This is available to us, as well as, early morning treks down the Las Vegas strip. Sound fun?
