Debra Stefan is the owner and operator of “Live-In-Fitness” residential retreat in the Henderson area of greater Las Vegas, Nevada for weight-loss guests offering weekend fitness getaways to 30-90 day programs enabling behavioral change for a fit lifestyle. She is the first to offer a “Biggest Loser” style program outside of the institutional format. Debra is a fitness speaker/educator, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, jumprope coach, and master yoga teacher. She has practiced yoga since age 15, serving 2 years as a full-time resident instructor for the Integral Yoga Institute of Los Angeles at 18.

A classically trained dancer, Debra performed in the Tropicana Hotel's "Folies Bergere" and MGM Hotel production, "Hallelujah Hollywood" in Las Vegas, Nevada.  She was a top finalist in the Ms. National Fitness premiere competitions 1985–1986, special guest performer in 1987 and NPC National Physique Committee expert judge. 
   
She has been recognized as one of the foremost freestyle females in the USA Jump Rope Federation and served as regional tournament director. For 5 years, she developed and promoted the "Henderson Star Skippers" jump rope team which became nationally ranked at the AAU Junior Olympics and national championships televised on ESPN, as well as community performances and parades.  Attend one of her daily bootcamp workouts and you will receive  training in  jumprope techniques for both jumping and non-jumping maneuvers. Her jump rope training courses have been accredited through the Nevada State Board of Education and offered at the college and postgraduate level for athletes and educators.
