Our Live-in Fitness residential weight loss retreat hosts a drop-in program in addition to the live-in services we are known for internationally. Fitness At Large is our local support group of exercise and nutrition accountability for weight loss amongst larger people offering 7-day drop-in access to participate as your schedule permits. We have daily workout activities geared for large people with individual limitations from early morning 5AM to 8PM small and semi-private sessions based around the capabilities of larger clients many of whom have special considerations.
